My sister and I enjoyed this remix as well as your other productions so far. I can't wait for your movie. I too make movies with my family and friends, and I was wondering why you repeat the entire sequence in slow motion? What is the cinematic purpose? I'm always happy to glean so new insight. Keep up the good work!
Thanks for the comment! Awhile back our friend Andrew (who is the guy with the mask on in the video - he's almost always a character with a mask on in our movies, now that I think about it) is really interested in ancient warfare and such, so when he put together the original version of the "Little Gladiator" movie, he added the slowed down version at the end as a way of replaying the event much like a sports replay, I suppose.
My sister Rachel just included that technique for no particular reason when she revamped the movie with music (my laptop's CD drive wasn't functioning properly the time Andrew tried to add music). It's always fun to experiment with different styles!

The Duel Begins...
Andrew & Joseph's masterpiece, coming soon!
Imaginate That!
We are two Christian Homeschool families, the Reads and the Abbotts, continuing a creative tradition. It all began with a little tape recorder in 2000...and thus far we are working on our first attempt at a full length film (or something to that effect).

Hey Carlson Chronicler,
